SHIPPING

Every piece is packed by hand and shipped USPS Priority Mail in a flat rate box, with tracking.

Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Since I split my time between Alaska and Arizona, I'll let you know if it might take a little longer.

I currently ship within the U.S. only.

RETURNS

If something isn't right, just reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort it out. Items should be unworn and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Because of hygiene, earrings are final sale.

DAMAGED OR LOST?

If your order arrives damaged, send a photo to hello@terriestreasures.com within 7 days and I'll make it right.
